"Whether it is inside the legislature or outside it, the Opposition parties are not performing their duties and cooperating with the government...they are trying to creating confusion about the government in the minds of people," he told reporters here.

His statement came following the Opposition criticising the ruling BJP for delay in construction of houses in villages, hit by floods last year.

"Within my limits and financial constraints, I have done my best...The Opposition has no moral right to question the government over the delay in constructing houses in the flood-hit villages," Yeddyurappa said.

More than 63,000 houses had collapsed across the state during the last year's devastating floods.

Yeddyurappa said he would place details about the relief works initiated and quantum of funds spent by the government during the legislature session starting from June 28.
