Osmania varsity students unhappy

Students of Osmania University demanded the government introduce a bill in Parliament to carve out a separate Telangana state out of Andhra Pradesh.

Students of Osmania University on Tuesday demanded the government introduce a bill in Parliament to carve out a separate Telangana state out of Andhra Pradesh.

Mohamed Abdulla, a student leader, said, “We are not happy with the meeting. We want the government to table a bill in Parliament for the formation of Telangana.”

The students would continue their agitation for the early formation of Telangana, he said.
