Painting exhibition organised

TO CELEBRATE the 50th birth anniversary of the late Ragendra Swarup, a grand painting exhibition based on ?creations?, was organised at Ragendra Swarup centre for performing arts on Monday.

Around 30 paintings, based on different themes were exhibited. Some pictures depicted women’s rights others were based on the theme of hatred, Ganpati was the theme of some pictures, mother and child was another theme.

Dr Ajay Pathak, HoD drawing and painting Dr Virendra Swarup Memorial Public School. On the occasion Dr Pathak said every artist had created a meaningful painting with some message. Dr Meenakshi Mathur, principal of Dr Virendra Swarup Memorial Public School inaugurated the exhibition.
