Pakistan's coast guard on Saturday arrested 27 Indian fishermen for allegedly violating the country's territorial waters in the Arabian sea, an official said in Karachi.

Lt Com Atiq-ur Rehman, a spokesman for the Maritime Security Agency, said the 27 fishermen arrested this morning would be handed over to police for further legal action.
