What better way to laud the contribution of HR function to the growth and expansion of the Indian corporate sector than to institute.Awards for HR Excellence to the brightest in the industry?
Presented by HT PowerJobs in association with Indira Group, Daks and Sodexho Pass, the awards are meant to identify stars who have helped create the best value orientation in the HR function and whose work has been exemplary and can be benchmarked against global standards.
The awards will be conferred in the following categories:
HR Professional of the Year
CEO of the Year
Young HR Professional Achiever Award
Organisation with Innovative HR Practices
Organisation that Creates Fun and Joy at Work
Best teacher in HR & OB
To make a nomination for the first three categories, you have to send in the profile of the deserving candidate, highlighting his/her achievements in HR and any outstanding activities undertaken. This has to be supported with documentation from a superior.
For the fourth category, the profile of the organisation needs to be submitted. You may want to mention details in the form of a case study or narrative, which explains innovation in recruiting and staffing that an organisation has achieved through certain best practices.
For the fifth category, a profile of the organisation along with a short narration of activities and events undertaken to bring about "Fun and Joy at Work." Media write-ups are welcome as attachments. And for the sixth category, submit the profile of the educator and his/her outstanding achievements, substantiated by attachments. An independent jury comprising CEOs and leading HR professionals will judge the nominations, the last day for the receipt of which is 20, Nov. ‘04.
