The Delhi High Court on Wednesday reserved its order on Delhi Police's petition seeking to restrain the Special Task Force of the Uttar Pradesh Police from conducting a parallel probe into the phone-tapping allegations of Samajwadi Party General Secretary Amar Singh.

Reserving the order after hearing the arguments of the two sides, Justice RC Jain said that the court's interim order on January 20 restraining the UP Police from conducting a parallel investigation into the case would continue till a final order was passed.

However, the court granted some relief to the UP Police by allowing it to collect the necessary documents pertaining to the case.
