The Police Headquarters issued directions to all the Range IGs and Superintendents of Police (SPs) asking them to keep alert and step up the vigilance in the areas under their jurisdiction.

The sensitive areas are to be kept under special surveillance. Security has been heightened at the strategic installations and railway networks all over the state.ADG S K Raut has issued directions in this regard.
