Jha complained to the Election Commission in Bettiah that largescale rigging and violence took place at the hands of supporters of a local don who is in the fray during April 26 polling.
"Paramilitary forces deployed in strength in Bettiah undertook flag marches three days prior to the polling, on the day of polling they were kept in the barracks," he claimed.
Charging the Commission with "lacklustre attitude", he said he had sent several complaints to it, but of no avail.
"Not even a single acknowledgement was received by me," he said after meeting EC officials in New Delhi.
