Koda told PTI he would take up the "mental torture" issue with Lok Sabha Speaker Meira Kumar and also raise it on the floor of the House.

The ED has issued fresh summons to Koda, the third in a week, to appear before it in Ranchi on November 19. Earlier it had served summons for appearance on November 13 and 15.

Koda, however, has written to the ED seeking rescheduling of the date in view of the assembly elections in the state, and claimed there was a conspiracy to keep him away from the people before the polls.

Meanwhile, Koda will address a 'hunkar rally' organised by his newly floated Jharkhand Navnirman Morcha (JNM) at Chaibasa, the district headquarter of West Singhbhum district on Wednesday.

Vinod Kumar Srivastav, the election in-charge of JNM, said all the six party candidates for the Jharkhand assembly polls would be present in the rally.
