Additional Chief Executive Officer of the trust, RS Pathak has been assigned the responsibility of carrying out the inquiry to trace the whereabouts of the missing idols. Pathak would be submitting his report to the Chief Executive Officer by Tuesday after checking the store and records of temple trust. It may be noted two small statues of Ashtadhatu known as Deeplaxmi placed on a corner of Garb Grih had been missing for a long time. Earlier, devotees used to place lighted lamps on the hands of these statues.
