Provogue appoints additional director
Apparel maker Provogue India has appointed OP Chawala as an additional director of the company.

Apparel maker Provogue India Ltd said on Monday that it has appointed OP Chawala as an additional director of the company.
The board of directors in their meeting held on March 31, had approved the appointment, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
The board has also decided that it will appoint a Chairman, which will be one of the independent director, in its next meeting, it said.
