The king of fruits, mango, reigns in a summer fruit-special menu featuring chilled soups, salads and desserts. There’s raw mango salad with som tam dressing, proscuitto and mango salad, gazpacho with raw mango jelly, cantaloupe soup, raw mango sorbet, and more.
