As a first step, the ownership of various properties vested now with the PWD, forests, devasthan and social welfare departments would be transferred to the Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) to develop these sites on the model of Genting Highlands in Malasyia.

The decision to transfer the properties to JDA was taken at meeting here chaired by Sunil Arora, Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister.

Except the famous 'Sisodiya Rani Ka Bagh' title of all other heritage properties in 'Ghat Ki Guni' would be transferred in favour of JDA by October 15 next for implementing the plan.

The plan includes building of luxury hotels, musical fountains, green belt and eco-zone, health centers, discotheques, amphitheatre and ideally located resorts at the sites.
