Ramandeep scripts big Punjab win

Goals continued to rain in the inaugural Senior Women's National Hockey Championship at Sonepat. In the pre-quarterfinals on Tuesday, one-sided contests were again the order of the day with Punjab spanking hapless Tripura 20-0 to enter the last eight stage.

Ramandeep was the top scorer with six goals in a row followed by Vartika Singh, Kirandeep Kaur and Baljinder, who scored thrice.
