When contacted, an Anil Ambani Group spokesperson said the company was expected to be listed by this weekend.
The company would be the first among the four new companies, which were transferred by Mukesh Ambani Group to ADAG, to be listed on the exchanges.
RCVL would be followed by the listing of Reliance Energy Ventures, Reliance Natural Resources Ltd and Reliance Communication Ventures every subsequent week.
Anil Ambani had taken over as Chairman of the four new companies in the first meeting of the reconstituted Boards on February 8. The ADAG had said the Boards reviewed the listing documents, including draft information memoranda and decided to revise it with "correct information and details".
However, RCVL did not mention the changes made in the information memorandum.
