Pop star Rihanna has shot down rumours that she is in talks to remake Whitney Houston's 1992 classic The Bodyguard.
Reports surfaced on Monday alleging that Rihanna was set to star in a modern day version of the hit romantic drama, reports contactmusic.com.
Rihanna has been keeping a low profile since an alleged fight with her boyfriend Chris Brown last month, but she was said to be planning to return to the public eye in style with a move to Hollywood.
A source said: "Before the situation with Chris, Ri was getting a lot of scripts. She's been wanting to do movies for a while now."
