Rope-skipping clinic begins

The clinic is aimed at providing basic information of rope skipping. International skippers Nirdesh Sharma and Anil Sharma are specially invited to provide tips of rope skipping to the participants of the clinic.

“There are 970 skills in rope skipping”, said Anil Sharma. Discussing about the rope skipping Sharma said that this game is not only best for fitness work. “Apart from competitions, this game is useful for fitness work also”, said Sharma.

Boys and girls participated with great enthusiasm on the first day of the clinic and learned various tips. “This clinic will help in organising the national-level tournament to be organised later this year”, said honorary secretary BRSA. Earlier, patron RL Tiwari inaugurated the clinic.

On the second day practical aspects of rope skipping will be shown to the participants.
