Saddam back in dock over genocide charges

Saddam and six co-defendants were in the dock again to face charges of genocide, war crimes and crimes against humanity.

The fifth hearing of the trial of Saddam Hussein on charges of genocide against the Kurds began on Tuesday, a day after the former ruler charged that Kurdish testimonies against him were dividing Iraq.
