Yes Bank on Monday announced the appointment of Sanjay Agarwal as Country Head-SME Risk Management.

Yes Bank on Monday announced the appointment of Sanjay Agarwal as Country Head-SME Risk Management and Lovekesh Dev as Head-Centralised Business Processes and Contact Centre.

Agrawal would be responsible for developing product programmes and ensuring business growth in a dominant focus segment for Yes Bank, the bank said in a statement.

As Head-Centralised Business Processes and Contact Centre, Dev would be responsible for establishing the Central Processing Unit, including trade finance operations, cash management services operations and retail banking operations, besides setting up the retail contact centre for the bank, it said.
