SBI no different from other PSUs

Why should bank employees be entitled to pensions? They should be treated like other public sector government undertakings such as NTPC, etc. In any case, no Govt. organisation should be allowed to have unions or any right to stop work. This should be provided only to employees of private sector companies where there is distinct possibility of exploitation of workers for private gain.
