A division bench of Justice B N Agrawal and Justice PP Naolekar granted a stay after Tata Power challenged the tribunal's order issued in December last year.

The Tribunal had asked TPC to refund Rs 451 crore to REL paid by the Anil Ambani group firm as standby charges for electricity supply in Maharashtra.
