SC tells Noida banks to shift
The Supreme Court on Friday directed 100-odd banks in Noida to shift operations to commercial areas by July 10. HT reports.

The Supreme Court on Friday directed 100-odd banks in Noida to shift operations to commercial areas by July 10.
The court also asked the Noida authority to seal all 130 nursing homes functioning in residential areas. In December last year, the SC had ordered banks and nursing homes to shift out of residential premises within two months. The court has since extended the deadline on a few occasions.
