"There is no other information at this stage," a spokesman for the organisers said.
Uzbekistan judoka Shokir Muminov, 27, was the Games' first case and had his men's 81kg silver medal stripped last week after returning a positive test for the banned stimulant methylhexaneamine.
Muminov's results were forwarded to Uzbek authorities and judo's governing body, and the judoka faces further sanction following his disqualification.
Anti-doping authorities at the Games say they will carry out more than 1,500 urine and blood tests on the nearly 10,000 athletes from 45 countries competing at the Games.
