Security forces kill 3 LeT terrorists in J&K

The terrorists were kiled in a joint operation launched by Rashtriya Rifle troops and police on Tuesday morning.

Security forces on Tuesday shot dead three terrorists of Lashkar-e-Taiba during an encounter in Doda district of Jammu and Kashmir, a police official said.

A team of Rashtriya Rifle troops and police launched a joint operation in Tanta Draman area of the district on Tuesday morning and in the ensuing exchange of fire shot dead three ultras, Doda Senior Superintendent of Police Manohar Singh said.

The slain terrorists belonged to the LeT, he said adding that their identities could not be ascertained as the encounter was on till last reports.
