He also directed the seer to surrender before Judicial Magistrate Court-I, Kancheepuram, on or before March 10.
The judge asked the seer not to tamper with evidence, or hamper investigation.
The judge also directed the seer to report before the investigating officer every Tuesday between 10 am and 12 noon.
Jayendra Saraswati had already secured bail from the Supreme Court on January 10 in the Sankararaman murder case and in the Radhakrishnan assault case from the High Court on January 3.
The seer has also sought anticipatory bail apprehending arrest following a complaint filed by Chitra, wife of Ravi Subramaniam, accused-turned-approver in the murder case.
Chitra had alleged that two women lawyers had met her husband in the sub-jail at Kancheepuram, tried to bribe him and threatened him to change his confessional statement. This case will come up for hearing before the High Court on Friday.
