Semis line-up decided

THE TEAMS of Indian Railways A, Formidable Delhi, India Blues and Kamlesh Gupta entered the semifinals of the 48th Winter National Bridge Tournament being organised at Tatya Tope Stadium. The semifinals will be played on Saturday. There were keenly fought quarterfinal rounds on Friday. Every team put their best in skills.

The quarterfinals were also interesting as the players were not able to see each other due to the wood curtain placed between them.

As was expected the leading teams including Railways and Formidable Delhi of Kiran Nadar registered their names for the semifinals. The organisers are expecting more interesting games in the coming days.

Preliminary Rounds of two important events were started on Friday including Holkar Trophy Pair Tournament and Mohan Sikka Trophy.

Hundred and twenty pairs are participating in the Holkar Trophy Pair Tournament and 52 in the Mohan Sikka Trophy.
