In a statement issued here, SGPC Secretary Manjit Singh Calcutta asked whether she had not added insult to the wounded Sikh psyche by giving party's tickets to Sajjan Kumar, Jagdish Tytler and R K Anand "involved" in the massacre of the Sikhs at Delhi in November 1984.

Earlier also the Congress had honoured Justice (retd) R N Mishra by sending him in Rajya Sabha as a reward for giving "clean chit" to the Congressmen in the carnage of Sikhs, he added asking whether the massacre of Sikhs was justified?

Referring to the Army Action on Golden Temple in 1984, Calcutta asked whether "Army attack" on the holy shrine was justified.

He also sought Gandhi's explanation for not seeking apology for both "Storming of Golden Temple" and "massacre of Sikhs" in June 1984.
