Shibu Soren discharged from hospital

JMM president Shibu Soren was discharged from hospital on Monday night, seven days after admission following complaints of heaviness in his chest and high blood pressure.

Hospital sources said Soren has recovered.

Earlier in the day, ending the political uncertainty in Jharkhand in the aftermath of Soren losing a by-election which he had contested to enter the assembly, President's Rule was imposed following recommendation by the the Union Cabinet.
