Asked about the composition of his ministry, Soren said "I and other colleagues will take the oath at 3:30 pm. In case, one or two MLAs miss it, they will be accommodated later)".

He was replying to a question whether he would announce the names of the MLAs who will be administered the oath along with him tomorrow.

Jharkhand can have a maximum of 12 members, including the chief minister, in the council of ministers.

To another question, Soren said his government would take the floor test on September one.

A Lok Sabha Member from Dumka constituency, Soren had yesterday staked claim to form the government and was invited by Governor Syed Sibtey Razi after he submitted a signed list of 42 MLAs in his support.

Jharkhand assembly has an effective strength of 81 MLAs.

Besides the 17 JMM MLAs, Soren listed the support from allies Congress (nine), RJD (seven), United Goan Democratic Party-U GDP (two), Jharkhand Party (one), Nationalist Congress Party (one), Forward Bloc (one) and four independent MLAs --- Madhu Koda, Stephen Marandi, Harinarain Rai and Bhanu Pratap Sahi.

According to sources in UPA, most of the ministers would be from smaller parties of the alliance and independent MLAs.
