Acting on a tip-off, a vigilance team led by deputy superintendent of police C P Paswan raided a place near the hospital and trapped Arun Kumar Singh, the SI posted at Sheikhpura police station, red-handed while accepting the bribe for undue favour.

Singh was taken to the state vigilance office in Patna for interrogation, the police said.
