Congress MP Rahul Gandhi called upon the youths to come forward as the State needed change. He blamed small regional parties for hampering setting up a stable government.

Rahul Gandhi was addressing an election meeting at a school ground in remote Harraiya area in Balrampur on Thursday. He said law and order situation had become pathetic in the State and appealed to the people to voter for Congress.

Rahul said Centre was providing large funds to the State government but nobody knew where all the money went.
