Special courses for state cops

The courses — BA (Police Administration) and MBA (Public Policy and Management) — will be offered at a subsidised fee to policemen in the ranks of Constable to Deputy Superintendent of Police.

YCMOU Vice-Chancellor R. Krishna Kumar, Maharashtra Police Academy Director Sanjay Barve and Deputy Director Nikhil Gupta said the BA course is for Constable to Assistant Police Inspector level. The MBA course is for Police Sub-Inspector to (DySP) level officers, they said.
