Spice Telecom, the cellular operator, announced on Monday, free incoming calls from all networks including fixed line networks.

"In line with our overall objective to offer great value to our subscribers, we are offering free incoming calls from any network', Sean Dexter, Managing Director, Spice Telecom said in a release.
