This is with reference to the editorial Southern Lights (June 18). It is unfair to compare Rajnikanth with Amitabh Bachchan or even Shah Rukh Khan. While Rajnikanth is popular in only a few states, the popularity of Bachchan and Khan stretches throughout the nation.
When it comes to acting prowess, Bachchan has essayed an incomparable number of roles and shown that he has no competition when it comes to acting skills.
