Oi oi.. what’s this in my mailbox now? Some mail from: . A little sleuthing and I’m told this e-mail address belongs to one of my favourite uncles, Subhash Ghai.
Seems years after his Mukta Arts went public, uncle has finally decided to become a pucca corporate head honcho. Better late than never, hai na?
Now he doesn’t move anywhere without his laptop, through which he’s forever logged on to the internet.
And he no longer welcomes casual callers who just pick up the phone and buzz him or send him text messages out of the blue. Instead, he sends personalised e-mails.. and he has got his own trademark signature too, to sign off any corporate communication. Kya baat hai, uncle’s turned techno savvy! But then, such is life dearies.
