Following this decision, membership of Yadav who had been Chairman of Apex Bank for over a decade in District and State level Cooperative bodies would automatically come to an end.

The decision to debar Yadav from cooperatives was taken under Section 19 C (2) of MP Cooperative Societies Act debarring Yadav from all cooperative institutions for six years.

The 29-page order said that Yadav has failed to submit replies to notices issued to him despite a lapse of 22-odd months.

It was also mentioned in the order that despite several show cause notices and extension of time to file reply, Yadav, did not present himself before the cooperative nor submitted replies to charges levelled against him.
