Sunfeast | Sania-Huber in doubles final

The top seeded pair played a flurry of aggressive shots to spank their opponent duo 6-3, 6-2 in the semi final.

There was some consolation for Sania Mirza in the end.

She and Liezel Huber entered the final of Sunfeast Open with 6-3, 6-2 victory over Algelique Widjaja and Hana Sromova.

Sania and Huber were all over their opponents right from the opening game and broke them at regular intervals to seal the match in style.

If Sania was spectacular with reflex shots at the nets, Huber complemented her with fine volleys from the baseline.

They will meet Yuliana Fedak and Yulia Beygelzimer for the doubles title on Sunday.

Sania-Huber have won the doubles final at Hyderabad and Bangalore and have been second best at a couple of other meets.

If they win tomorrow then they will complete a hat trick of titles in India.
