Surfer's poem: Morality
In the jarring noise of city life, you cannot hear the helpless souls, you cannot hear their helpless cries, writes Srishti Punjani.india Updated: Mar 02, 2006 14:56 IST
I still remember that night,
When maths left a terrible fright,
What would happen in the test?
Thinking that, I couldn't rest.
The next day came with the test,
And now I asked, what next?
When the test paper came in front of me,
Nothing clear, could I see?
In fright I gave a loud scream,
And then realised, it was just a dream,
The following day, I practiced till night,
And then I did each sum complete and right.
