I disagree with the view of only toppers being selected to become monitors in the class, says Roma Behwal. Your contribution.

Should only toppers be selected to become monitors in the class?
I disagree this statement because other children which may not come first in the class but may have talent in different field.

A child who is not first in the class can be a better monitor. Study is not only the field by which a child can be judged.
