
Suspected SARS case in Gujarat
A suspected case of Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) was reported in the city late this evening, civil hospital sources said.

A suspected case of Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) was reported in the city late this evening, civil hospital sources said tonight.
The patient - Harish, a resident of Naroda, had just returned from Singapore, one of the worst SARS affected countries in the world, on May one, the sources said.
Harish complained of some respiratory problem and preliminary examination confirmed symptoms of SARS, they said adding, he has been kept in an isolated ward.
