One such group is Delhi By Foot, which was formed last year. While the group has been conducting history and flora walks for some time now, a special event for Durga Puja and Ramlila will be held over the weekend.
Durga Puja To be held today, the event will be marked by traditional rituals that the festival is known for. The group will visit three popular puja pandals in the city. “We are going to the oldest pandal in the city, which is at Kashmere Gate. We will then proceed to the hub of Durga Puja celebrations, CR Park. The idea is get a sneak peak into the festive mood,” says Asif Khan, founder, Delhi By Foot. One can also enjoy the Ananda Mela where a food-making competition will be held.

Ramlila and Raavan Celebration Tomorrow evening, pay a visit to Titarpur and learn about the experiences, superstitions and the art of making Raavans. After this, the group will reach Ramlila Grounds, where an interaction with the artists will be held, followed by the Ramlila. The group will also sample food stalls there and enjoy the rides.
