Journalists in Miranshah have been quoted by Daily Times as saying that that news stalls reopened on Friday after the Taliban lifted the ban late on Thursday evening.
The two-day ban was imposed on Tuesday after a private news agency carried an old report that was posted on a foreign news organisation's website as fresh news.
