Talks possible if GoSL backtracks

I think the conditions that should be added in the talks are: the Government of Sri Lanka will refrain from killing NGO aid workers (specially if they are Tamils) and then blatantly lie, it will stop any kind of bombardment of Tamil orphanages and try to hoodwink the international community saying that they were LTTE camps and stop the habit of criticising the SLMM as soon as something pro Tamil or something against the GoSL is said.

I think the conditions that should be added in the talks are:

1. The Government of Sri Lanka (GoSL) will refrain from killing NGO aid workers (specially if they are Tamils) and then blatantly lie, saying that they have nothing to do with it. (17 NGO workers killed.)

2. The GoSL will stop aerial or any kind of bombardment of Tamil orphanages and try to hoodwink the international community by claiming that they were LTTE training camps. (eg: some 50 school children killed in Mullativu)

3. The GoSL will have clear communication between itself. It will get its house in order, each minister is saying differently in regards to the peace talks. The Prime Minister Ratnasiri Wickramanayake says some thing, defence spokesman and minister Keheliya Rambukwella is saying another thing and Palitha Kohona is saying something else.

4. The GoSL will stop the habit of criticising the SLMM as soon as something pro Tamil or something against the GoSL is said.

These are good enough for starters.
