Thane tutor molests 16-year-old
A coaching class tutor was arrested on Sunday night on charges of molesting a 16-year-old student, reports Susamma Kurian.
A coaching class tutor was arrested on Sunday night on charges of molesting a 16-year-old student.
Jugal Kishore (30) of Andheri (West) is the owner of and tutor at IITians, a coaching class in Thane (West).
“On January 26, after classes got over, Kishore asked the girl to come to his office. The girl didn’t suspect anything as usually students stay back to ask doubts or professors talk to them about their performance,” said Senior Police Inspector B.R. Choudhary. “When the girl came to his office, he shut the door and then molested her.”
Kishore allegedly warned her against talking about the incident.
“The girl didn’t go to the classes after the incident. She told her parents she wasn’t feeling well,” Choudhary said. “Finally, she confided in a friend, who helped her disclose details of the incident to her parents.” They then lodged a police complaint.
