Robert Blackwill, US ambassador to India: Terrorism in Indian-administed Kashmir is almost entirely externally driven. India is a victim of terrorism so I have no intention of criticising India's response to terrorism or terrorist activities. The problem in Kashmir is cross-border terrorism. It's virtually now, in my judgement entirely externally driven.   Abdul Ghani Bhat, Hurriyat Chairman: One has to realise that Pakistan President Pervez Musharraf is very powerful and initiation of dialogue under his regime can bear fruits. We have to come to grips with the dynamics of the Kashmir problem and realise there is no escape but to hold dialogue if we want to look for a permanent solution.
