Confidence and conviction go together to make a seeker believe in a sobering power within, and in seeing truth as it is.
Faith does move mountains. Even if its threads originate from the yarn of phenomenally diverse fantasies, a continuous engagement with faith transforms soaring dreams into realities.
How? By the persuasive force of determination and a conviction where one asserts one’s values and perspectives, without being influenced by ideas imposed by peers, acquaintances, relatives and elders. For, sadly, there has been a growing tendency on the part of many, who have made it their life’s goal to discourage others from following the route that heads towards positive outcomes. This they carry out by shaking the inner confidence of others, either out of envy, jealousy or because of insecurity in their lives.
Overcoming melancholy in unpleasant situations, braving failure and our own timidity and anxiety help strengthen our confidence and achieve results beyond our own expectations. Many a times, these results may not match one’s benchmarks. In such a case, merely standing by our principles can be good enough.
The role of constructive thought and the necessity of making a conscious effort to accomplish bring in peace and harmony is not to be given a miss. A wholesomely celebratory life is possible when one decides to reflect negativity away, undertaking the journey of truth and devotion to the Almighty, at the same time.
The very foundation of existence stands on faith. Like an invisible angel, it guides us. It helps us navigate through difficult waters, to reach the shore. The larger good and the self-standing choice to look beyond the obvious provide a clear vision to the seeker. Sincere practice wipes out the dust of ignorance cleaning the dirt of vice. This enables synchrony between intention and action.
Conviction defines one’s ability to transcend difficulties, differences and dilemmas by ignoring negativity and welcoming positivity whole-heartedly. For, the greatest source of conviction is one’s self, together with motivation and the determination to ride over stormy situations and emerge triumphant.
