I am very fond of pets, as I grew up in the countryside, where dogs, sheep, cattle, pigs, swans and ducks were part of my schooling in many areas of my life. I learnt so much from the way they behave, and this taught me much more than any formal education could have.
Now I live in a small apartment and work in London, so there is no room for pets. I have acquired a cat, and I find that cats have very different behaviour from other animals.
Is this some sort of an interesting variety that God has created? Is there some meaning to this aberrational behaviour, or is it just for the sake of being different that this has happened?
Cathy from London
Veena Minocha answers: Dear Cathy, you have hit the nail on the head, (and I marvel at your intuition), when you say that cats exhibit an aberrational pattern of behaviour, which is quite distinct from other animals.
Firstly, cats do not require a mate constantly, as most other animals seem to desire. You will find other pets happy with the opposite sex, but cats show isolationary tendencies, and are happy all by themselves.
Have you looked into a cat's eyes directly? It will stare back at you without fear? And what a whole lot of wisdom those eyes can express! They seem to hold the wisdom of the ages within their glance, and stare disdainfully at those who try to poke fun at them, or tease them. This is so because they are creatures of a very high vibration, and besides being wise and aloof, they are capable of great power, which they can unleash when tormented!
The whole 'cat' family, which includes the larger ones like tigers and panthers exhibit the same kind of qualities. Domesticated cats come to live with certain people who radiate a high vibration, so they are most comfortable in that set-up. They do not expect anything much from their owners, as they keep themselves spanking clean, and make their lonely sojourns out of the house, without disturbing anyone. Does that sound like a living saint?
Yes, they are saintly in their behaviour. The whole feline population of the planet has pledged to hold the High Vibrational waves of the planet during its Ascension into the Golden Age. This has given them a Divine purpose.
You will find that after a few years, humans and cats, including the large ones, which are now considered dangerous, will live together in peace and harmony. There will be no more meat eating by them, and they will turn herbivorous.
If you look at any painting of the past Golden Ages, you will see humans surrounded by animals, including lions and tigers playfully involved with all of them. This is the scenario that will be shortly unveiled.
You are fortunate to have a cat for a pet. Maybe this is what was missing from your earlier animal education, so you adopted a cat!
