Army troops busted three militant hideouts in Doda and Poonch districts recovering a huge cache of arms from there, official sources said on Monday.

The hideouts were busted in Phugal Nala-Krishna Ghati in Poonch district and Breshwana and Cherwai in Doda on Sunday night, they said.

Ten UDGL grenades, four AK magazines, 95 rounds of AK ammunition, one Chinese pistol with its one magazine and three rounds, 70 rounds pika ammunition, six Chinese hand grenade, one RPG round, 500 grams of RDX, two radio sets, one IED switch and four electronic detonators were recovered from these hideouts, they said.

A militant associate was also arrested, they said.
