Three killed in road accident
Three pilgrims were killed and one other was injured when the car in which they were travelling collided with a tractor on Panipat-Khatima Highway in the district on today.

Three pilgrims were killed and one other was injured when the car in which they were travelling collided with a tractor on Panipat-Khatima Highway in the district on Wednesday.
The incident took place on Wednesday morning when the victims, all from Sonepat in Haryana, were going to Haridwar for a 'shahi snan' (royal bath) at Mahakumbh, police said.
The victims were identified as Jagdish (40), Jitender (45) and Pawan Kumar (38), they said, adding the injured, Rakesh, was admitted in a serious condition at a district hospital.
