This year some of the big names are missing from the Olympic line-up and this list is headed by the ‘fastest man’, Tim Montgomery. The world record holder in the 100 has been charged by the US Anti-Doping Agency (USADA). He is one of the four sprinters who have been charged by USADA for steroid use and face lifetime ban if found guilty.
